DTO - On October 17, Mr. Pham Huu Hoan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, Deputy Director of Co May Sa Dec Company Limited and journalist Nguyen Minh Phu - Editor-in-Chief of Dong Thap Newspaper together with leaders of My An Hung A commune, Lap Vo district visited and presented support money to 3 sisters, including: Nguyen Thu Ky (10 years old), Nguyen An Nhien (3 years old) and Nguyen Gia Huy (1 year old), children of Mr. Nguyen Minh De and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nguyen residing in An Binh hamlet, My An Hung A commune, Lap Vo district.

During the visit, Mr. Pham Huu Hoan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, Deputy Director of Sa Dec Co May Company Limited and journalist Nguyen Minh Phu - Editor-in-Chief of Dong Thap Newspaper kindly visited, shared and encouraged the family to overcome difficult circumstances and try to take care of the children to stabilize their health. At the same time, they presented nearly 27 million VND, supported by Sa Dec Co May Company Limited with 20 million VND and supported by readers of Dong Thap Newspaper. Through the kindness of the visit, encouragement and the support money, the children's families would like to thank the leaders, readers of Dong Thap Newspaper, Sa Dec Co May Company Limited, and local authorities for their attention and support, helping the family to have more expenses to continue treating the children.

On behalf of the locality, the leaders of My An Hung A commune, Lap Vo district sincerely thank Dong Thap Newspaper and Co May Sa Dec Company Limited for accompanying the locality in implementing social security work. Thereby, the locality hopes that agencies, companies, businesses, and philanthropists will continue to support other difficult circumstances in the locality.

Previously, on October 6, 2024, the Nhip Cau Nhan Ai column of Dong Thap Electronic Newspaper posted information about "3 children with serious illnesses need help", which outlined the difficult circumstances of the three sisters: Nguyen Thu Ky, Nguyen An Nhien and Nguyen Gia Huy. According to medical records, the doctor diagnosed that the children had D56-Beta Thalassaemia and hemoglobinopathies. Every month, the three sisters had to go to Ho Chi Minh City Children's Hospital for blood transfusions to maintain their lives, at a cost of about 4 million VND/month. The circumstances of Mr. De and his wife are poor, working for a living, and they hope to continue to receive help from benefactors.
