Awarding scholarships to 40 poor but studious students

On the morning of May 12, Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education Nguyen Van Ta awarded scholarships to two poor students who overcame difficulties to study well. They are Le Ngoc Bao Tram and Pham Ngoc Han, both students of Nguyen Huu Tho Secondary School (Binh Kien Commune, Tuy Hoa City).

Next, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education coordinated with the Association for Promotion of Education of Dong Xuan, Song Hinh, Tay Hoa districts and Dong Hoa town to award scholarships to 38 students who overcame difficulties and studied well in these localities. Of which, Dong Xuan, Song Hinh and Dong Hoa town each received 10 scholarships; Tay Hoa district received 8 scholarships.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ta said that each scholarship is worth 2 million VND, from support sources from agencies, businesses, and individuals, to help and encourage the spirit of overcoming difficulties in studying of students with difficult circumstances.
