Funding to support disadvantaged students in border areas

On June 20, the Provincial Military Command organized a fund-raising ceremony to support 24 students with especially difficult circumstances in border communes of Buon Don and Ea Sup districts.

This is an activity within the Project "Army officers and soldiers help children go to school" in 2025 implemented by the Ministry of National Defense . The project is implemented from the regular defense budget in 2024, under the target program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the period 2021-2025, with the goal of contributing to the care and education of the young generation in difficult, remote and isolated areas.

The total support budget for this period is 177.6 million VND, including: food support, transportation, school supplies and essential needs for the children. The gifts given are not only material support but also a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping the children on the path of seeking knowledge and continuing their dream of going to school.
