According to the regulations, the two sides will exchange and provide information and documents related to the implementation of functions, tasks and powers; information related to consular work, activities of organizations and individuals with foreign elements; management and protection of borders, border markers and border markers in the province.

Along with that, coordinate in implementing the Agreement on National Border Regulations; work to prevent human trafficking and fraud in bringing people across the border; the situation of entry and exit at border gates and control of border crossings of the province.

At the same time, coordinate in the work of propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies on national borders, territories, seas and islands; treaties and agreements on borders and territories that Vietnam has signed; relevant documents of the Central and the province on border, territory, seas and islands; coordination work in responding to natural disasters, rescue and relief work related to foreign elements.
