In order to ensure absolute security for the Provincial Party Congress, the Provincial Military Command also mobilized its maximum force, with 100% of its troops on duty during the Congress. At the same time, the agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command also strictly maintained the regime of command, on duty, combat duty, patrol and guard, and fully prepared weapons, technical equipment and materials to perform the tasks.

Lieutenant Dang Quoc Bao - Platoon Leader of the Special Task Force Platoon (belonging to the 1st Mechanized Reconnaissance Company, General Staff Department, Provincial Military Command) shared: "As a young soldier, participating in the Provincial Party Congress is both an honor and a great responsibility for me. I am determined to always be serious and responsible for the assigned tasks."

In addition, all venues where the Congress takes place at the Provincial Convention Center (such as the large hall - where plenary sessions take place; areas for discussion groups; rooms for receiving delegates or exhibition booths, exhibition areas) are all thoroughly inspected by the engineering force of the Provincial Military Command, and bomb, mine and explosive clearance is organized to ensure absolute safety.
