Giving savings books to soldiers and policy beneficiaries

On the afternoon of October 21, the Hung Yen Provincial Military Command organized a ceremony to present savings books to soldiers and policy beneficiaries on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Armed Forces Tradition Day of Military Region 3 (October 31, 1945 - October 31, 2025).

Implementing the Decision of the Military Region 3 Command, this time the Military Region 3 presented the Hung Yen Provincial Military Command with 8 savings books to soldiers (children of war invalids, sick soldiers, and people infected with toxic chemicals who have contributed to the cause of national liberation) in difficult circumstances in affiliated agencies and units. Each savings book is worth 10 million VND, taken from the "Repaying gratitude" fund of the Military Region 3.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command expressed their gratitude for the merits and contributions of veterans who are relatives of soldiers in the resistance wars to regain national independence; at the same time, they hoped that the soldiers would promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the traditions of the Military Region's Armed Forces, family traditions, actively cultivate, train, constantly improve their qualifications and professional expertise, excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive provincial armed forces, "Exemplary - typical".
