The 1st Congress of Farmers' Associations of Hong Quang, Vu Quy and Than Khe communes

During the past term, the Hong Quang Commune Farmers' Association effectively organized and implemented emulation movements, programs and projects for socio -economic development, promoting the role of the subject in gathering members and farmers to develop agriculture, rural economy and build new rural areas. The Association has guaranteed over 25 billion VND for 311 farmer households to borrow to develop production; coordinated to organize 91 science and technology transfer classes for over 7,000 members; advised and guided the establishment of 8 new cooperatives and production and business cooperative groups. Through the emulation movements for production and business, many models of good economic farmers have emerged. Members have contributed billions of VND to build village roads and alleys; over 1,000 working days to build internal irrigation roads; helped 160 farmer households in difficult circumstances escape poverty.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Hong Quang Commune Farmers' Association continues to promote emulation movements; mobilize resources to support members and farmers in developing production and business, increasing income, improving life, and sustainably reducing poverty. The Association strives for over 70% of farmer members to be equipped with digital knowledge and skills; every year, 50% of households register to achieve the title of good production and business; each branch helps at least 2-5 farmer households escape poverty. The Commune Farmers' Association and 100% of branches organize consulting, support, service and vocational training activities for farmers.

*Vu Quy Commune Farmers' Association

During the past term, the cadres and members of the Farmers' Association of Vu Quy commune have promoted the spirit of solidarity, emulation and creative labor, completing and exceeding many set targets. The content and methods of operation of the Association continue to be innovated; emulation movements are widely and effectively deployed, contributing to the implementation of the task of socio-economic development of the locality; credit for more than 500 households Members have borrowed capital to develop production, with total outstanding loans to date reaching over 32 billion VND. The Association has coordinated to organize training and vocational training courses for 250 members; organized 16 training courses to transfer science and technology to over 1,000 people.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Farmers' Association sets annual goals: 100% of branches complete their tasks well or better; 65% of member households achieve the title of Good Farmer and Business Household; help at least 5 poor households with plant varieties, livestock, capital and support 5 - 10 households to escape poverty; build at least 1 new production linkage model, cooperative group, new-style cooperative with effective operation each year.

* Farmers' Association of Than Khe commune

During the past term, the Farmers' Association of Than Khe commune has implemented many practical activities to support farmers. Notably, the effective management of 13 loan groups with a total outstanding debt of over 30 billion VND , helping hundreds of Number of members who can borrow capital from preferential credit programs. Farmers actively compete in production labor, change the structure of crops and livestock, apply scientific and technical advances, introduce high-value crops into production, increase the value of agricultural products and average income. Every year, many member families achieve the title of good production and business at all levels. Members also actively participate in the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; participate in environmental protection, contributing to building a bright - green - clean - beautiful commune.

Term 2025 - 2030, Than Khe Commune Farmers' Association strives admit 250 or more members; 60% of member households achieve the title of good production and business; 90% of association bases complete their tasks well...; at the same time, continue to innovate content and methods and improve quality and efficiency of operations of the association ; promote emulation movements and campaigns; link production and business to support farmers; develop effective economic models, aiming at digital farmers.

At the Congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of communes for the 2025-2030 term; and to appoint delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels.
