“Create 8/3 cards with AI” is a new feature that Zalo has upgraded specifically for app users on International Women’s Day. This feature is developed on the Zalo Mini App platform. Many users share their excitement when experiencing AI writing poems to give to their loved ones.

“Zalo AI writes cute poems”, “Zalo AI writes poems that make sense”, “Thanks to AI, I have poems to give to my wife”... are the shares of users on March 8. Poems written by Zalo AI are covering social networks.
Ms. Khanh Ngoc (28 years old, Hanoi ) said: “I used Zalo AI to write a poem for my mother on the occasion of March 8. This poem is very meaningful to me personally. I also did not think AI could write such a good poem.”

Similar to Ms. Ngoc, Mr. Thang (media employee, Da Nang ) said he sent greeting cards via Zalo to his mother, sister and lover who live far away. His relatives all seemed to enjoy the cards with poems that he sent.
Meanwhile, Ms. Kim Ha (HCMC) expressed excitement at the fact that AI can quickly create poems suitable for each specific audience.
“Every year, I just send simple wishes with stickers to my mother and relatives via Zalo. This year, sending rhyming and poetic verses has become more novel. The idea of having AI write poems like this is really lovely,” Ms. Ha shared.
Users can easily access this feature in the Diary section on the Zalo mobile application. When clicking on "Create greeting card", there will be options for AI to compose poems suitable for the user's purpose: Share to diary, Give to mother, Send to precious people, Give to other half, Send to friends and colleagues, Give to teachers.
After selecting the person to send the gift to, Zalo AI will immediately “write” a 4-line six-eight verse. Users can change the verse if they are not satisfied or customize it based on the poem that Zalo AI “wrote” before.

Artificial intelligence becomes more affordable
Using and experiencing the AI application for the first time, Ms. Hoai Thuong (freelance, Ho Chi Minh City) said that creating greeting cards on Zalo is easy, without the need for additional installation or complicated operations.
“I’m not very tech- savvy, so I thought using artificial intelligence would be very sophisticated. With Zalo AI, I had my first experience applying AI to write poems for my loved ones, which was quite wonderful,” said Ms. Thuong.
Mr. Minh Phuc (Nha Trang City) said he spent the whole morning testing Zalo AI and creating many cards with different poetic content to give to many people.
“Using AI to write poetry is an interesting experience. Taking advantage of AI is a quick and convenient idea. I think there should be more useful AI innovations to serve people like this,” Phuc shared.
10 million people have tried writing poems with AI and more than 3.3 million poems were sent thanks to Zalo AI on March 8.
As AI becomes a trend, the application of AI in life is becoming more popular than ever. The fact that “made in Vietnam” applications such as Zalo constantly research, upgrade features and bring AI into life has changed the habits and thinking of many people.
From Zalo AI, users expressed their wish to have more AI research applied in practice, serving people in a simple and useful way. AI promises to no longer be far away but will become more popular and equal when everyone can access it.
