Closely coordinate with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to monitor the epidemic situation, in order to detect early, promptly warn and thoroughly handle outbreaks, not allowing the disease to spread widely; guide localities to research, build and deploy disease-free livestock areas and facilities. Develop plans and organize inspections of areas with many livestock facilities, areas at risk of GSGC epidemics. At the same time, coordinate with local professional agencies to guide livestock farmers to implement disease prevention and hygiene measures for livestock, biosafety and disease-safe livestock measures. Regularly clean and disinfect barns and high-risk areas with lime powder, chemicals... proactively detect and promptly handle when new epidemics arise; Resolutely handle cases of deliberately concealing the epidemic, slow reporting, causing widespread spread of the disease...
