Deploying a solution to implement electronic invoices from cash registers

On the afternoon of August 26, the Tax Department of 7 Dak Lak provinces held a conference to discuss and deploy solutions to implement electronic invoices generated from cash registers for business households in Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen and Binh Kien wards.

Attending the conference were leaders of the Tax Department of 7 Dak Lak provinces, representatives of units providing electronic invoice software, cash register equipment according to standards connecting with tax authorities and business households subject to deploying electronic invoices from cash registers in the management area.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Y, Deputy Head of Tax Department of 7 Dak Lak provinces, said: The application of electronic invoices generated from cash registers not only helps businesses to make their business activities transparent and manage revenue easily, but also contributes significantly to modern, public and transparent tax management.

This is a practical step in the digital transformation roadmap of the Tax sector, aiming to best serve taxpayers and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management.

At the conference, business households were informed of the new points of Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP dated March 20, 2025 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP regulating invoices and documents, emphasizing the role and benefits of applying electronic invoices in business management and tax work. At the same time, they were given specific instructions on the registration process, how to operate and use the software and handle situations that arise in practice.

On this occasion, representatives of the Tax Department of 7 Dak Lak provinces and electronic invoice software providers discussed and resolved difficulties and obstacles for business households in the process of implementing electronic invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations, convenience and efficiency.
