At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the achieved results, at the same time pointing out the limitations, shortcomings, causes and proposing a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of tasks in the coming time. Delegates unanimously assessed that in 2024, the Support Unit actively and proactively coordinated and advised the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and the General Department of Politics to guide and direct Party committees, agencies, and units to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style with many policies, measures, and many new models, typical examples, creative and effective ways of doing things. According to their functions and tasks, the agencies, members of the Support Unit, and news agencies and press agencies in the Army thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the guidelines, policies, and viewpoints of the Party and the Central Military Commission in resolutions, plans, and action programs of Party committees and organizations close to the characteristics and requirements of the tasks. All levels review and complete the regulations and rules on leadership of important and sensitive work aspects, especially the implementation of regulations on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members. In particular, coordinate to promote the dissemination of models, typical examples, and activities of support units of party committees at all levels, ensuring that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" go into depth and effectively. Thereby, actively contributing to improving the quality of Party building and rectification work, building strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" agencies and units, successfully completing assigned tasks; promptly combating signs of degradation in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, corruption, negativity, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party.

Based on the achieved results, in 2025, the Support Unit will continue to coordinate, direct, guide, educate and disseminate to cadres, party members and the masses to raise awareness of implementing resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission on Party building and rectification, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, making cadres and party members self-consciously cultivate and practice revolutionary ethics, fulfill their duties and obligations to the Fatherland, the Party, the Army and the People, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels in the Army for the 2020-2025 term. Enhance the combined strength of organizations and forces in agencies and units to effectively implement plans and action programs of Party committees at all levels on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Party committees and organizations at all levels strengthen leadership, direction, and close coordination with functional agencies inside and outside the army, creating a combined strength in implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Resolution No. 847-NQ/QUTW; strengthen inspection, preliminary and final review, and experience sharing. Promote the role of the Party committee's support unit, cadres, and concurrent staff in advising, guiding, directing, urging, organizing implementation, innovating content, diversifying forms and methods of education and propaganda; promptly commend, reward, and honor new models, creative ways of doing things, and collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in performing propaganda tasks, spreading widely throughout the army and the whole country./.
