Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade requested the People's Committees of wards and communes, production and trading enterprises; market management and exploitation units in Hanoi to strengthen inspections, ensure fire prevention and fighting, safety of people, property, goods...

Manufacturing and trading enterprises review the storage of goods for relief purposes, ensuring people's lives according to the "4 on-the-spot" motto.

Guide and inspect businesses to ensure stable prices of essential consumer goods, prevent price increases, and prevent speculation and hoarding of goods to take advantage of rain and storms to raise prices for profit.

At the same time, be proactive in sourcing goods, stock up on essential goods in sufficient quantity, ensure quality, food hygiene and safety; especially items with high consumer demand during the rainy and stormy season such as: gasoline, oil, food, drinking water, milk, rubber boots, flashlights, raincoats... to provide adequate and timely supply to serve the prevention and control of storms, floods, rain, inundation, and natural disasters.

Proactively ensure that goods from localities not affected by the storm are delivered to warehouses and points of sale of businesses in the city; increase online sales, support fast delivery; supply goods for relief purposes according to the mobilization orders of the City People's Committee.

Market management and operation units shall inspect and reinforce markets, warehouses, and business establishments, ensuring the safety of people, property, goods, and fire and explosion prevention. Organize business activities well to meet people's consumption needs when there is rain, storm, flood, or waterlogging.
