According to ancient genealogy, during the reign of the 18th Hung King, the head of the Van Lang State was King Due Vuong, who ruled the country and the people of the whole country were prosperous and well-off. During that dynasty, he came from a noble family. His parents always helped the poor and were admired by the people of the region...

When he was 28 years old, the king selected talented people to help the country. He entered the capital to take the exam and was admired by the king for his virtue and talent. He was appointed as Commander-in-Chief, stationed in La Nuoc area - later La Phu. When there was a disturbance in the country, the Thuc state rebelled and foreign troops came to our country. Faced with the situation of internal enemies and external enemies destroying our homeland, receiving the king's order, he took the vanguard seal to suppress the enemy and won, singing a song of triumph. The king rewarded him for his great contributions and appointed him as King Que Cong Dai Vuong.

After a period of enjoying the king's blessings, he converted. To remember his merits, every year on January 14th is his auspicious death anniversary.

After a period of carrying out the procedures for requesting to establish a dossier, on June 27, 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 2226/QD-BVHTTDL on the announcement of the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritage for the Traditional Festival - La Phu Village Festival.

Comrade Ho Trung Nghia affirmed that the annual traditional festival associated with the worship of the village's tutelary god - Tinh Quoc Tam Lang Dai Vuong is an opportunity for the next generation and the people of An Khanh commune to pay tribute to their ancestors, arouse national pride, remind each person of the responsibility to continue and promote the heritage left by their ancestors. At the same time, it raises awareness, arouses the pride and responsibility of the people in the work of preserving and conserving the national cultural identity, promoting the value of the festival...
