Free screening of 50 Vietnamese films at the Socio-Economic Achievements Exhibition

From August 28 to September 5, audiences coming to the Socio-Economic Achievements Exhibition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi) will be able to enjoy 50 outstanding Vietnamese cinema works for free, and participate in exchange sessions with artists, actors and directors.

The film screening program is not only a meaningful cultural and artistic activity but also demonstrates the strong maturity of Vietnamese cinema. Films with deep impressions such as: Dao, Pho and Piano ; Tunnel: Sun in the Dark ; Blue Eyes ; Em chua 18 ; Mui co cham ; Lat mat 7, 8 … will be introduced to the public.

Notably, the film screening series also honored the image of President Ho Chi Minh through two works, Nguyen Ai Quoc in Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh - His Image . In addition, there were many heroic historical films such as Vinh Linh Steel Ramparts ... contributing to affirming the great stature of the August Revolution and the value of national solidarity.

Audiences will also have the opportunity to meet many actors and production crews during the screenings. With emotional works that truly reflect Vietnamese life and culture, along with close exchanges, the program promises to bring audiences a colorful cinematic space, connecting tradition and modernity on the occasion of the nation's important holiday.
