Component 1 of Cao Lanh - An Huu Expressway project is more than 67% complete.

On October 14, the Cao Lanh - An Huu Expressway Project Management Board said that, up to now, Component Project 1 (Cao Lanh - An Huu Expressway Construction Project, Phase 1) has completed more than 67% of the construction value.

According to the Dong Thap Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board (investor), currently consulting units, construction contractors and a team of officers, engineers and workers are working day and night on the construction site to speed up the project's progress, contributing to completing the project on schedule.

Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee requests the investor, consulting units, and contractors of Component 1 to continue to promote the spirit of the highest determination; act with the motto "fast, even faster", determined to complete the project items according to plan. Note that it is necessary to ensure the quality of the project, techniques, aesthetics, labor safety, environmental sanitation, strive to build "bright - green - clean - beautiful" projects and fight against negativity, waste, and corruption.

The heads of agencies and units related to the project must directly direct, inspect, urge and take full responsibility for the implementation results. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to and take care of the material and spiritual life and fully implement policies for the workforce and engineers who are directly working on the construction site.

In case of difficulties or problems... the investor analyzes and evaluates to clarify the difficulties and problems, especially regarding site clearance and material supply for the project... so as not to affect the overall progress. At the same time, propose competent authorities to consider and provide guidance; periodically summarize the situation and report to the People's Committee of Dong Thap province according to regulations.

Component 1 of Cao Lanh - An Huu Expressway has a route length of 16km with the starting point connecting to My An - Cao Lanh Expressway (about 3.6km from An Binh intersection) in Cao Lanh ward, Dong Thap province and the end point at Km16+000; My Hiep commune, Dong Thap province. Component 1 has a total investment of about 3,640 billion VND, implementation time of 28 months (from June 25, 2023). Accumulated to date, it has reached over 1,708/2,547 billion VND, about 67.1% of construction value.
