In particular, the 1022 HCMC Information Portal is introduced to the people with many practical utilities. Through that, people can directly report to the authorities on issues such as traffic infrastructure, social order, health care , etc.

With the digital map, people can look up information about locations in Ho Chi Minh City, information about offices, businesses, healthcare, traffic, education , environment, technical infrastructure (electricity - water), cultural sites...

At the exhibition, Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Corporation introduced a comprehensive customer care solution through the EVNHCMC Customer Service application and the Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Corporation Zalo page. Here, customers can look up information on electricity usage, current electricity prices, view and receive electricity meter reading notifications, pay electricity bills, etc.

The Cloud Camera AI solution also received attention with its analysis and warning functions. This solution can remotely manage security, control vehicles and automatically identify people by accurately scanning faces...
