China and Finland enter the final round of the Da Nang Fireworks Festival

On June 30, the organizing committee of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival - DIFF 2024 officially announced the two fireworks teams entering the finals.

For the first time, two teams competed in the same night and reached the final.

The Finnish team and the Chinese team became the two best teams to compete in the final round of DIFF 2024 taking place on July 13.

This result is based on a strict set of scoring criteria including: originality, design ideas and adaptation to the performance theme; diversity, richness of effects and intensity of colors; synchronization between music and performance; ending and overall impression of the performance; emotions and evaluation of the judges.

For the first time at the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition, two teams competing in the same qualifying round entered the final round.

Previously on the evening of June 29, these two opponents also had a classy confrontation in the sky above the Han River.

Both performances of these two fireworks superpowers were soon evaluated by the audience as "early finals".

DIFF 2024 is a competition of 8 teams from the US, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, China and Vietnam.

Through 4 dramatic competition nights, each team demonstrated their own techniques and identity, creating quality performances.

The jury consists of famous musicians, painters, heads of foreign diplomatic agencies in Vietnam, and with consultation from the consulting unit - Global 2000 Company.

The jury also announced the award system of DIFF 2024, including: the DIFF 2024 champion team will receive a prize worth 20,000 USD along with a trophy and certificate.

The runner-up team will receive a prize worth 10,000 USD, a trophy and a certificate.

This year, the prize for the most favorite team (voted by the audience) will be worth 5,000 USD and a certificate.

In particular, with unique and creative performances from the competing teams, the DIFF 2024 organizing committee decided to add a Creativity award with a prize worth 5,000 USD and a certificate.

Awards will be announced and presented immediately after the performance on the final night.

Final night theme: Future Beat

The final night of DIFF 2024 with the theme "Future Pulse" will take place on the evening of July 13, with the competition of the two best teams, promising to bring a light show beyond expectations, closing the 12th DIFF season that has "burned" Da Nang for nearly 2 summer months.
