GD&TĐ - On November 20, the University of Economics - University of Danang celebrated the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and honored teachers.

The 2024 - 2025 school year marks many important milestones for the University of Economics . The work of training and developing staff is always considered by the school as one of the key tasks in the development strategy.

The school's regular enrollment reached 100%, and the admission score remained high. The University of Economics - Danang University developed a variety of training forms to meet the demand for providing high-quality human resources for the socio-economic development of Danang city, especially serving the International Financial Center and the free trade zone.

The school has successfully implemented another form of full training in English (E-commerce), contributing to the deep integration into the international educational environment, improving foreign language skills and global thinking for students. In addition, there are 16 more partial English programs in many fields of economics - business - administration, helping students to acquire modern professional knowledge and practice their ability to use specialized English.

At the ceremony, the school honored and awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Education and Training, the title "Ministry-level Emulation Fighter", and the Ministry-level Certificate of Merit to individuals with long-term contributions.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu presented flowers to congratulate two teachers recognized as meeting the standards for the title of Professor.

In particular, the University of Economics - University of Danang honored two teachers who were recognized as meeting the standards for the title of Professor: Teacher Le Van Huy - Principal and teacher Vo Thi Thuy Anh - Party Secretary, Chairwoman of the School Council.

Prof. Dr. Le Van Huy has published more than 88 scientific articles, many of which are published in prestigious international journals, contributing to the deep integration of Vietnamese economic research with the world. The research topics are all pioneering in technology interaction behavior, digital marketing and sustainable development...

Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Anh has a long history of research with more than 68 scientific articles, of which more than 17 works are published in prestigious international journals, many topics at the Ministry - State level and is the editor of reference books on economics. She is the only female professor of Economics in Vietnam in 2025.

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the University of Economics - University of Danang has 2 more teachers recognized as meeting the standards for the title of Professor; 4 teachers were appointed and met the standards for the title of Associate Professor; 5 teachers were awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the Ministry level.
