This afternoon, October 10, at the Ecopark New Urban Area, Hung Yen Province, British University Vietnam (BUV) held a ceremony to announce 7 new training programs, including 6 bachelor's programs and 1 master's program. These programs are all awarded degrees directly from prestigious university partners in the UK. Notably, the bachelor's program in film and media production is awarded by Bournemouth University of the Arts, one of the leading art schools in the creative industry in the UK.

According to Associate Professor Jason MacVaugh, Director of Training, British University Vietnam, Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) was founded in 1883, is a school specializing in training in the fields of art, design, media and performance. AUB has twice been honored to receive the Queen's Award for organizations in the fields of cinema and costume. It is also the parent unit of Bournemouth Film School, which has trained alumni who won Oscars, BAFTAs and Turner Prizes, along with many international names in the field of fashion .
Other new undergraduate programs of the school are also provided by partners who are the leading prestigious universities in the UK. Specifically: two majors of data science and business analytics, management and digital innovation are awarded degrees by the University of London (UoL); software engineering is awarded degrees by the University of Stirling; two majors of tourism management, event management are awarded degrees by Bournemouth University (BU).
A dual degree master's program awarded by BUV and Staffordshire University with 5 majors: international management, digital marketing, tourism and hospitality, creative industries, financial technology and data analytics.
In particular, with new bachelor's programs, BUV has a new degree-granting partner, Bournemouth University, a leading university training institution in the UK as well as in the world.
Also within the framework of the event, BUV officially announced the BUV scholarship fund for 2025 with a value of 150 billion VND, an increase of nearly 75% over the same period. The scholarship fund includes many attractive scholarship categories with support of up to 100% of tuition fees.
It is known that British University Vietnam is a university training institution that regularly updates new training programs with the aim of meeting the needs of the labor market. Last year, the school opened 7 new bachelor's programs, including majors that attract attention from young people such as game graphics, animation majors... Currently, the school has 21 bachelor's programs in 4 majors: administration and business, computer science and technology, media and creativity, tourism and hospitality.
