Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities returns to consider combination C00

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi has added the C00 combination to all admission majors.

This morning, June 7, Associate Professor Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-KHXH-NHHN), said that the school has added the C00 combination to all of the school's enrollment majors.

The above decision was made after the Ministry of Education and Training commented and reminded schools about "timing" when issuing new regulations on enrollment, because currently candidates have completed registration for the 2025 high school graduation exam.

According to Associate Professor Dang Thi Thu Huong, the school's enrollment information complies with the official dispatches on university and college enrollment guidelines for 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training as well as of Hanoi National University.

However, to create more opportunities for candidates to register for the entrance exam to Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities this year, the school's admissions council met and decided to adjust the admissions information.

Accordingly, the school added the C00 combination to the method of considering high school graduation exam results for 17 training majors of the school.

These fields include: journalism, social work, cinema and popular arts, oriental studies, Korean studies, management science, public relations, information management, tourism and travel services management, hotel management, office management, international studies, psychology, information - library, cultural studies, Vietnamese studies, sociology.

Thus, all 28 training majors of Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities recruit with combination C00.

At the same time, the school also added the combination C03 (math, literature, history) and C04 (math, literature, geography) to the method of considering high school graduation exam results for the school's 26 training majors.

Associate Professor Dang Thi Thu Huong said: "According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates only need to register for the major and school, the admission system will automatically select the combination and admission method that the candidate has the highest score for consideration.

Thus, according to the newly adjusted enrollment information provided by the school, candidates taking the 2025 high school entrance exam will be given the best conditions to be able to register for the entrance exam to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
