To realize the goal of improving the overall quality of education , the school has identified facilities and technology as the most important "lever." Based on this orientation, the institution has focused its resources on building a magnificent facility on an area of 3,700m² with 13 solid classrooms, ensuring the best possible nurturing environment and maintaining a stable enrollment of over 300 children.
Recognizing technology as a key factor, the school has implemented digital transformation comprehensively across two aspects. In terms of administration, the school uses software such as SMAS to manage records and Nutriall to calculate meal portions, ensuring scientifically sound nutrition and financial transparency. Infrastructure has been heavily invested in, with 100% of classrooms equipped with internet-connected smart TVs and surveillance cameras. Professionally, a highlight is the application of AI. Instead of traditional methods, teachers use AI to generate ideas, design illustrations, and create engaging digital learning materials. Preparing lesson plans entirely on computers makes lessons more captivating through multi-dimensional visuals and sound.
Ms. Trinh Thi Dung, the school principal, stated: "The school administration recognizes that technology is a supporting tool, while people are the decisive factor. The school focuses on innovating thinking and encouraging teachers to incorporate AI into their lessons so that each class becomes an engaging story. As a result, the quality of education has improved significantly, with 16 teachers recognized as excellent teachers at the school level and 4 at the district level (formerly) during the past academic year."
School health care is implemented systematically, helping to achieve a rate of over 98% of children developing normally in terms of weight and height; the rate of 5-year-old children attending school is 100% (an increase of 0.2% compared to the previous school year). In the 2024-2025 school year, 100% of children will meet the requirements according to the educational development standards for their age.
Innovations in teaching and learning have built strong trust among parents. Parents actively cooperate with the school in implementing the socialization of education. From the 2024-2025 school year to the present, the school has mobilized over 300 man-days of labor and in-kind contributions worth nearly 60 million VND to renovate the school grounds.
Ms. Ha Thi Thom, from Ban Duoc village, a parent of a 4-year-old student, shared: "I am very excited that my child is studying in a modern educational environment. My child comes home excitedly telling stories about the vivid images seen in class. In particular, the fact that the teachers regularly send videos of the children's activities via Zalo gives the family great peace of mind."
Not only is Tan Thanh Kindergarten a trusted choice for parents, its achievements also contribute positively to the socio-political goals of the locality. With a long history of achieving the title of "Outstanding Collective Labor" for three consecutive years, the school has received a commendation from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and a banner of emulation from the Provincial People's Committee. Particularly in November of this year, the school was honored to receive the Government's Emulation Flag.
Ms. Nong Thi Yeu, Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Department of Hoang Van Thu commune, said: "Tan Thanh Kindergarten is a pioneering example in the digital transformation of the commune's education sector. The school's application of advanced management software and integration of technology into teaching in this border area is a tremendous effort. Not only does it maintain the criteria of a national standard school, but it also effectively collaborates with local organizations in various activities and movements."
In the future, Tan Thanh Kindergarten will continue to leverage technology and use "Happy School" as its foundation to improve the quality of nurturing and educating children.
