Au Co Secondary School organizes extracurricular activities on stress coping skills

On September 15, Au Co Secondary School (Nha Trang ward) organized an extracurricular activity with the theme "Learning about how to cope with stress in studying and pressure in life".

At the program, students performed skits, exchanged questions and answers to learn about the causes of stress and pressure in studying and daily life, thereby equipping them with knowledge and coping skills. The program also aims to spread the spirit of "Au Co House - Happy School", demonstrating the care and companionship of teachers in supporting students to overcome pressure, develop comprehensively, contributing to building a healthy and friendly school environment.

Mr. Vo Tan Hoang - Principal of the school awarded the emulation flags of week 1 to the first and second ranked classes of grades 8 and 9.

It is known that in recent years, Au Co Secondary School has innovated the form of flag salute activities. Under the guidance of teachers, classes take turns to plan and organize weekly extracurricular activities with many rich forms, creating a useful playground, increasing initiative and confidence, boldness for students.
