Ha Tinh Specialized High School recruits teachers according to Decree 179/2024/ND-CP

(Baohatinh.vn) - The Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh has just issued a plan on recruiting teachers for Ha Tinh Specialized High School in 2025 according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP of the Government.

The Department of Education and Training said that the total number of staff assigned to high schools and vocational education centers by the Provincial People's Committee for the 2025-2026 school year is 3,117. The current total number of staff is 3,102. Compared to the number assigned to high schools and vocational education centers under the Department, there is a shortage of 15 staff (3 managers, 1 employee, and 12 teachers).

Currently, the Provincial People's Committee has approved the recruitment quota of 11 teachers for high school level and vocational education and continuing education centers. After recruiting enough 11 quotas, the high school level and vocational education and continuing education centers will have a surplus/shortage of 1 teacher position (of which, the Literature subject has 2 surplus teachers).

As for Ha Tinh Specialized High School, the total staff assigned for the 2025-2026 school year is 126. The current total is 110. Compared to the assigned staff, Ha Tinh Specialized High School is still short of 16 staff (of which 15 teachers are short).

Implementing the recruitment target to attract civil servants according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government stipulating policies to attract and employ talented people to work in agencies, organizations, units of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations, this time, Ha Tinh Specialized High School recruits 1 Literature teacher quota.

The recruitment process consists of two rounds. Round 1 considers the academic and research results (if any) of the candidates to ensure compliance with the standards specified in Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP. Candidates whose profiles meet the requirements specified in Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP will continue to round 2.

Round 2: Oral exam on professional qualifications and skills (testing knowledge and professional skills of candidates) according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. Oral exam time is 30 minutes (candidates have no more than 15 minutes to prepare, not included in exam time); 100-point scale (applied according to the provisions of Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP of the Government ). No review of oral exam results will be conducted.
