TTC AgriS honored by Fortune in the top 500 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia

Recently, Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS, stock code: SBT) was honored to be in the group of 500 most profitable enterprises in Southeast Asia - Fortune 500 Southeast Asia 2024, announced for the first time by Fortune magazine (USA).

Leading regional multinational agricultural enterprise

In the period of 2022-2023, TTC AgriS's net revenue exceeded the billion USD mark for the first time, reaching 24,743 billion VND, up 35% over the same period, completing 145% of the yearly plan.

Specifically, sugar consumption output reached over 1 million tons for the fourth consecutive year. Gross profit from sales and service provision of TTC AgriS recorded VND 2,721 billion, up 18% over the same period.

This shift in revenue structure has affirmed that TTC AgriS is on the right path towards a comprehensive agricultural value chain, operating and developing a seamless product and service ecosystem, moving towards balancing and increasing the circular agricultural value chain.

With bright business results, June 2024 is the 7th time TTC AgriS has been honored by Forbes Vietnam in the Top 50 Best Listed Enterprises 2024.

Previously, at the 16th annual Global CSR & ESG Summit and Awards 2024 conference and award announcement ceremony, TTC AgriS received a series of prestigious awards for Outstanding Global CSR & ESG Enterprises for the second consecutive year, continuing the journey to strengthen its position as a multinational agricultural enterprise, developing sustainably on a global scale.

Revenue target of 60,000 billion VND by 2030

TTC AgriS is currently a multinational agricultural enterprise, leading the Vietnamese sugar industry with 46% domestic market share and presence in over 50 international export markets.

At the same time, TTC AgriS is the leading company in the country in terms of cross-border raw material area, with a total area of over 71,000 hectares spread across 4 countries: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Australia. Diverse products, including natural nutritional products with optimized and expanded crop value chains, including sugarcane, coconut, banana, rice, etc.

"Our development strategy orientation to 2025 and vision to 2030, especially strengthening our presence in the potential global food and beverage (F&B) market, TTC AgriS sets a revenue target of VND 60,000 billion by 2030.

Fortune is famous for its prestigious world rankings such as Fortune 500, Fortune Global 500, Fortune Europe 500... This is the first time the leading American economic magazine has released a list for the Southeast Asia region - Fortune 500 Southeast Asia.

According to Fortune magazine, these are the 500 largest businesses, representing a dynamic region - contributing about 4,000 billion USD to global GDP and recording impressive growth rates.

This list was built by Fortune based on the main criteria of revenue and net profit of businesses in 2023. In addition, there are comprehensive surveys and assessments of company size, employees, and contributions to the economy and society based on official, audited reports.

This year, the 500 enterprises in the ranking come from leading countries in the region such as Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and the Philippines. With a revenue of more than 1 billion USD, TTC AgriS is among the top 300 enterprises in the ranking, and is also the leading agricultural enterprise in Vietnam on this list.
