Every year, the Provincial Police Youth Union proactively develops plans, coordinates with agencies, schools, and youth organizations to organize propaganda sessions, disseminate laws, and provide guidance on safe traffic skills for students, union members, and the people. In September 2025 alone, the province organized nearly 100 mobile and on-site propaganda sessions, attracting over 50,000 participants.
The highlight of the propaganda sessions is the innovation of the communication method in a visual and vivid direction. The Provincial Police Youth Union coordinated with schools to create dramatized skits, reenacting common violations such as not wearing helmets, weaving, running red lights, etc. to help students easily understand, easily remember, and proactively draw lessons. Propaganda activities were also integrated with painting competitions, writing competitions, and multiple choice tests to learn about traffic safety laws, creating a lively atmosphere, attracting a large number of students and union members to participate. Ms. Do Thi Thuy, Secretary of the Youth Union of Hung Yen University of Technical Education, said: The propaganda sessions are vivid and related to reality, so students receive them more naturally and enthusiastically. Many students proactively equip themselves with legal knowledge and become active propagandists in their families and residential areas.

Along with direct propaganda, activities on cyberspace are promoted through platforms: Facebook, Zalo with many short videos , infographics, vivid articles, attracting thousands of views and shares, suitable for modern media trends, spreading quickly to young people.
Major Nguyen Duy Hung, Head of the Youth Department, Provincial Police, emphasized: The Youth Union members and young people are the "soft bridge" that brings traffic laws closer to the people. We always innovate propaganda methods, suitable for each target group to achieve high efficiency. In the coming time, the Provincial Police Youth Union will continue to expand the above model of activities in schools and residential areas, promote propaganda on cyberspace, coordinate to strictly handle violations, contributing to building a safe and civilized traffic culture.

Not only at the provincial level, union members and grassroots police youth also actively participate, especially in rural areas. Captain Vu Viet Anh, Tay Thai Ninh Commune Police shared: The area has many small roads, students ride electric motorbikes, so the risk of collision is high. We regularly coordinate with organizations and schools to directly propagate at the beginning of school hours, remind at the school gate, and mobilize parents to sign a commitment. This close and regular approach has brought about clear results.
Thanks to the organization of diverse activities, the awareness of traffic safety law compliance of students and people has changed positively: many students have formed the habit of wearing standard helmets, driving on the right side of the road, not driving when underage or after drinking alcohol. Many children have become "young propagandists", contributing to spreading awareness of traffic safety law compliance in the family and society.

In the coming time, the Provincial Police Youth Union will continue to promote the implementation of the motto "Each member is a propagandist", linking propaganda work with the task of maintaining security and order at the grassroots level; strengthen coordination at all levels and sectors, innovate content and methods, strongly apply digital technology so that traffic safety messages spread faster, wider and more effectively, contributing to the formation of a safe and civilized traffic culture, for the peaceful life of the people.
