Select and train 300 candidates to become high-quality lecturers and scientists

Director of Hanoi National University Le Quan signed a decision approving the Program for developing lecturers and scientists of Hanoi National University for the period 2026-2031.

The program aims to develop a team of highly qualified lecturers and scientists, trained domestically and internationally, meeting integration standards.

This team will be the core for the fields of basic science, science and technology, and strategic priority fields of Hanoi National University.

The program plans to select about 300 candidates for training and development domestically and internationally to become high-quality lecturers and scientists of Hanoi National University in the future.

The selection targets are students with excellent academic results, talent and passion for teaching and scientific research.

Participating in the Program to develop lecturers and scientists of Hanoi National University for the period 2026-2031, candidates will be sponsored in part or in full for tuition, living expenses, travel, internship and study expenses at home and abroad, supported to learn foreign languages, supported with accommodation during their study and research at Hanoi National University or at training, research and partner institutions of Hanoi National University.

Candidates also have access to and use of academic resources, facilities, key laboratories, and strong research groups of Hanoi National University; are supported to participate in seminars, training, and academic exchanges at home and abroad; and participate in a network of young scientists at home and abroad established and developed by Hanoi National University.

In particular, candidates are given the opportunity to participate in research projects with scientists from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, strong research groups, key research centers, and key laboratories.

After completing the Program and meeting the prescribed standards, candidates will be given priority for official recruitment into the position of lecturer or researcher at member units and affiliated units of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
