According to VFF, in recent days, although the weather in Hanoi has changed a lot, the Vietnamese women's team has maintained a stable training intensity.

Regarding the weather in Hanoi in recent days, defender Luong Thi Thu Thuong also shared: “The weather has changed in recent days but the team has adapted quite well. The doctors always closely monitor and have measures to help the players maintain their physical condition.

As a young player, I was fortunate to compete with my seniors in previous international tournaments and learned many things. My goal is to perform well and help the team successfully defend the gold medal."

Sharing about this training session, defender Tran Thi Duyen said: "This training session took place right after the National Championship, so in the past three weeks, the whole team has maintained good training and competition condition.

Two friendly matches with Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club, where there are tall foreign players, helped us gain a lot of useful experience when facing opponents with superior physiques."

According to plan, on November 16, the Vietnamese women's team will move to Viet Tri ( Phu Tho ) to continue training before going to Japan for training.

This is an important stage to help the whole team improve their physical strength, technical skills and ability to compete in an international environment.

The Vietnamese women's team will leave for Japan for training on November 20 to prepare for the 33rd SEA Games.
