Therefore, since enrolling, the teachers have always accompanied, cared for, and looked after the students to help them stabilize their minds, concentrate on studying, and practice in a collective living environment.

Right from the beginning of the school year, the school has organized a survey, differentiated students, from there, built a plan to nurture good students and teach additional knowledge for weak students, implemented innovative teaching methods and testing, and evaluated according to the correct standards of knowledge and skills. Classrooms are equipped with projectors connected to the Internet to serve teaching and updating information, looking up learning materials; the library has been invested in repair, adding many books... From there, it helps to raise awareness and access to rich knowledge, serving students' learning more effectively.

Due to the characteristics of the boarding education environment, in addition to organizing 2 sessions/day, the school also arranges teachers on duty in the evenings during the week to closely monitor and support students' self-study and living activities outside of regular school hours. Especially for grade 12, the school organizes extra teaching sessions to review for graduation exams, focusing on career counseling based on students' abilities, family economic conditions, and current labor market needs to help them choose the right major.
Thanks to the efforts of teachers and students, the school's educational quality has been constantly improved. In the 2024-2025 school year, over 84.7% of the school's students had good and excellent academic results; more than 99.5% of students had good and excellent conduct.
