The contest is organized by the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, aiming to continue raising awareness, affirming the great value, practical significance, and influence of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle, strongly promoting the study and following of Uncle Ho through the implementation of studying, thoroughly grasping, and propagating the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW and the 2025 Topic of Cao Bang province: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle on promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, promoting the people's mastery, and caring for the people's material and spiritual life". The contest is a broad political activity in the entire Party, contributing to propagating and creating strong changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members, and people about the basic contents and great values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle; on promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, promoting the people's mastery, caring for the people's material and spiritual life" and the goals and tasks of localities, sectors, agencies and units. Clearly define the roles, responsibilities, contents, methods and implementation time; thoroughly overcome formalism; be proactive and creative in performing tasks; prevent and combat the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle; build strong agencies and units, and excellently complete political tasks in 2025. Combined with directing the successful organization of the 20th Cao Bang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 towards the 14th National Party Congress.
Contestants: Cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, members of the armed forces, students and people living, studying and working in Cao Bang province (members of the Organizing Committee and support groups of the Organizing Committee of the Contest are not allowed to participate in the contest).
The contest is expected to take place over 5 days, around mid-May 2025 (there will be a specific contest launch document) and the final round and award ceremony will be held in June 2025 (the specific time will be announced later).
The contest is organized in the form of online quizzes on the "Cao Bang Propaganda and Mass Mobilization" Electronic Information Page at: https://tuyengiaocaobang.vn or via text messages, Email, Zalo... to share the contest with 01 set of questions including 20 knowledge questions and 01 additional question predicting the total number of contestants. Each quiz has 4 answers, contestants choose 01 correct answer.
The contest content focuses on the content of the Special topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style of Cao Bang province in 2025: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, promoting the people's mastery, and caring for the people's material and spiritual life".
