This is the first conference in the plan to organize conferences on propaganda, consultation, and answering questions about social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies for enterprises after Ninh Binh Social Insurance comes into operation under the 2-level local government model. Through the conference, the aim is to introduce to employers new points about social insurance and health insurance policies that will take effect from July 1, 2025; guide organizations to implement the Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/QH15; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Health Insurance Law No. 51/2024/QH15; Decree No. 158/2025/ND-CP dated June 25, 2025 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Social Insurance Law on compulsory social insurance; Decree No. 188/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance.
With the purpose of: Receiving, reflecting and recommending issues arising in the process of organizing the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident insurance, occupational diseases for employees (if any) to promptly exchange, inform, resolve, ensure the organization of implementation in accordance with the provisions of law and the authority of Ninh Binh Provincial Social Insurance; at the same time, raising awareness of employers and employees in complying with social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies and laws as prescribed, the Conference devoted most of the time for businesses and labor-using units to exchange and ask questions. The content focused on issues related to: What will be the rights of employees when the new regulations take effect from July 1, 2025; regulations on the subjects of contribution, contribution levels, payment methods, and responsibilities of employers and employees to participate in compulsory social insurance and health insurance; Benefits and rights of units, businesses and employees when participating in and paying compulsory social insurance and health insurance; sickness, maternity, work accident benefits...
Representatives of Ninh Binh Social Insurance directly answered many opinions of enterprises, employers, and employees related to the legal rights and benefits when participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. This is also an annual activity of Ninh Binh Social Insurance to contribute to raising awareness, creating a connection between the Social Insurance agency and employers, building a fair, stable and sustainable working environment, ensuring the rights of employees as the foundation of social security policy.
