The Gala aims to educate and propagate the outstanding results of the Emulation Movement for Victory of the entire army in recent times; at the same time, affirm the pioneering, creative role and contributions of the Army's youth in the Emulation Movement for Victory in the period of 2020 - 2025; thereby, continuing to encourage, motivate, arouse the honor, pride, responsibility, and emulation spirit of the youth and officers and soldiers of the entire army to continue to strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks, confidently step into the new era, the era of national advancement, contributing to building and firmly protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam in the new situation.

At the meeting, the Organizing Committee requested agencies and units to coordinate closely to ensure the organization of the gala is solemn, tight, safe, practical and effective; organize practice, preliminary rehearsal, final rehearsal and performance seriously and responsibly.
