Attending the conference were: Colonel Tran Viet Nang, Political Commissar of the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command; leaders of the Mass Affairs Department (Political Department of Military Region 1); representatives of Bac Ninh Provincial Police officers.

Representatives of agencies and units surveyed the venue for the festival's events at the campus of the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command.

Pursuant to Decision No. 3300/QD-CT dated August 26, 2025 of the Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army on approving the plan to coordinate the organization of the "Military Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival in 2025, the General Department of Politics directed the Military Youth Committee to coordinate with agencies and units inside and outside the Army to organize activities in response to the National Traffic Safety Month, focusing on organizing the "Military Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival in the Northern and Southern regions.

In the North, the program is scheduled to be held on November 11 at the Military Command of Bac Ninh province.

Colonel Tran Viet Nang, Political Commissar of the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command, spoke at the conference.

Activities held during the festival include: launching the festival, marching, propagating the Law on Order, traffic safety on roads, railways, inland waterways and culture when participating in traffic; instructing on scientific and safe motorcycle driving techniques...

In particular, at the Military Command of Bac Ninh province, there will be a dramatization contest with the theme "Military Youth with Traffic Culture".

To prepare well for the activities of the festival, the Military Youth Union and related agencies and units have surveyed the festival venues such as: Parade route, festival launch location; safe driving technique instruction area, competition hall...

After the survey, representatives of agencies and units agreed to deploy the contents of assigning tasks to each agency and organization with each specific location. At the same time, initially organize coordination of contents between agencies to ensure good preparation for the festival.
