The conference assessed that in 2025, the Party Committee and command of the 296th Convalescent and Rehabilitation Unit had led, directed, and implemented the work of ideological and disciplinary management in a comprehensive and effective manner. The leadership resolutions of the Party committees and branches at all levels identified ideological and disciplinary management as a crucial aspect; innovation and improvement in the quality of ideological and disciplinary management were essential for building a solid political and ideological foundation.

The departments and units focus on leadership and guidance, closely coordinating ideological, organizational, and policy work. They promptly disseminate information, conduct propaganda, and guide public opinion and thought regarding important political events and new, complex, and sensitive developments, creating a high degree of unity in awareness and action among military personnel. They build political fortitude and a sense of responsibility among officers, staff, and soldiers, ensuring self-discipline and readiness to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Colonel Pham Trung Kien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Political Department, General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, delivered a speech at the conference.

Thanks to various coordinated measures, the political and ideological situation within the unit remains stable; officers, staff, and soldiers possess strong political resolve, uphold their responsibilities, proactively overcome difficulties, and are ready to accept and successfully complete assigned tasks.

In particular, in carrying out mass mobilization work, the 296th Convalescent and Rehabilitation Unit has closely coordinated with local authorities, proactively doing a good job in political education , ideological leadership, and discipline management. Officers, staff, and soldiers strictly adhere to discipline when interacting with the people, maintaining unwavering determination and not shying away from difficulties and hardships; the image of the Ho Chi Minh's soldiers continues to shine brightly and is recognized and highly appreciated by the people in the area where they are stationed.

The work of establishing a standardized system, managing and instilling discipline, and ensuring safety in work and daily life has always been implemented rigorously. The Youth Union has incorporated the content of education, discipline management, and safety assurance into the targets and criteria of its movements and emulation campaigns.

The close integration of education with troop management, and education with Party member training, has led to a continuous improvement in the effectiveness of ideological education and disciplinary management within the unit. This contributes to enhancing the quality of regularization, discipline training, and the building of a solid political and ideological foundation for the unit. Officers, staff, and soldiers strictly abide by State laws, military discipline, and unit regulations; there have been no cases of military personnel violating regulations requiring disciplinary action.
