In 2025, the Party Committee and command of Factory Z157 consistently recognized the importance of political education, ideological management, discipline, and unit safety. They thoroughly implemented all documents, circulars, directives, and resolutions from all levels regarding disciplinary management to 100% of officers and soldiers. They focused on leading, directing, and implementing comprehensively the content, forms, and methods of ideological work combined with building a regular and disciplined force, always prioritizing accurate assessment and forecasting of the ideological situation, recognizing this as the fundamental key to conducting ideological work. They effectively promoted models such as "Soldier Security," "Psychological Counseling Team," and "Three-Person Team"...

Along with strengthening political and ideological awareness education , Party committees and commanders at all levels have prioritized promoting democratic practices in all aspects of work to understand and manage the unit's situation, the quality of organizations, and the ideological developments of officers and soldiers. They have closely linked awareness education with movements and campaigns to manage military personnel, such as effectively implementing the "Promoting Traditions, Contributing Talents, and Upholding the Name of Uncle Ho's Soldiers" campaign in the new era, and promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style. They have maintained a systematic approach to all stages and steps of managing, forecasting, guiding, combating, and resolving ideological issues. Emphasis has been placed on effectively utilizing the role of organizations, forces, and all means of ideological work; and the role and responsibility of Party committees and commanders have been emphasized.

Colonel Lai Minh Tuyen, Political Commissar of Factory Z157, presented a report on the results of ideological and disciplinary management work at the factory in 2025.

At the same time, the factory regularly coordinates with Party committees, local authorities, and the people in the area where it is stationed, as well as with the families of soldiers, to educate and manage the troops; gradually guiding soldiers towards self-management, making the management process voluntary and regular at all times and in all places. Therefore, throughout the year, the factory maintained absolute safety in all aspects, with no officers or soldiers exhibiting ideological, political, moral, or lifestyle degradation or signs of "self-evolution" or "self-transformation"; and no serious disciplinary violations requiring action.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Duc Luong, Deputy Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles and Transportation, requested that in the coming period, the leaders and commanders of Factory Z157 should regularly monitor the ideological situation and discipline of officers, employees, and soldiers, as well as the political security situation in the area; anticipate potential violations and propose timely educational and management measures. He also called for increased inspections of departments, divisions, and workshops, focusing on personnel and vehicles used for regular and emergency technical maintenance; personnel who frequently operate vehicles while participating in traffic; officers and employees whose families live far away; and those with difficult family circumstances. These individuals need to be regularly monitored, assisted, and given solutions to ensure stability.

From 2026 onwards, brigades, depots, factories, workshops, inspection centers, and inspection stations must develop a suitable model for ideological and disciplinary management; a model for disseminating and educating on the law, ensuring practical effectiveness; avoiding any formalistic approaches in the development and implementation of the model; and ensure that 100% of officers, staff, and soldiers sign a commitment to abide by State laws, military discipline, and traffic safety. Units must promptly organize experience-sharing conferences according to the Department's plan, ensuring seriousness, thoroughness, substance, and effectiveness; and propose specific solutions appropriate to each type of agency, unit, and management subject.
