To successfully complete the task, the unit coordinated with Dong Hai One Member Limited Liability Company (Military Region 7) to urgently survey, design, and organize the construction of 3 houses for 3 households severely affected by the storm and flood.

The 25th Engineering Brigade and Dong Hai One-Member Limited Liability Company launched a competition titled "Standing shoulder to shoulder with the people, standing firm after the floods".

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Xuyen, Deputy Political Commissar of the 25th Engineering Brigade, said: “With the motto ‘Speed, creativity, and decisive victory,’ all officers and soldiers of the unit are working diligently, regardless of hardship and difficulties, making the most of their time to meet the construction schedule. To date, the unit has completed the foundation work for two projects and is continuing to implement the third project. We have allocated forces and equipment appropriately, encouraging the soldiers to ‘work twice as hard’ to accelerate progress and are determined to bring the projects into use as soon as possible, helping the people stabilize their lives.”

Land leveling is being carried out to build houses for the local people.

With the advantages of being an engineering unit, possessing technical skills and construction experience, the officers and soldiers of the 25th Engineering Brigade carried out their tasks smoothly, efficiently, and quickly. The management and inspection of each stage were also conducted effectively, ensuring that the construction projects achieved high quality, durability, and safety.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nghia, residing in Duong Moi village (D'Ran commune), one of the families supported by the 25th Engineering Brigade in rebuilding their house, expressed: “My family's house collapsed, leaving us homeless. At a time of overwhelming hardship, the soldiers of the 25th Engineering Brigade helped build us a new house to live in. Seeing them work so diligently, regardless of the weather, wholeheartedly for the lives of the people, we are deeply grateful and will forever remember the kindness of the soldiers of Uncle Ho's army.”

Construction of the foundation and pillars for housing for flood-affected residents in D'Ran commune is underway.

According to the plan, the 25th Engineering Brigade strives to complete housing projects on schedule, so that people can celebrate the Lunar New Year 2026 in a new house filled with military-civilian solidarity.
