The Commander of the Regional Defense Command 3 - Van Don Special Zone inspects the military conscription examination process for 2026.

This year, the Command of Defense Zone 3   - The Van Don Special Zone has proactively coordinated with other special zones to strengthen propaganda work on the 2015 Military Service Law, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 11 Laws on military and national defense, and new documents through local radio stations and social networks with many creative models such as "Youth Union members accompany young people on their way to military service," "Joining the army is an honor, training is a sacred duty," thereby raising awareness and a sense of responsibility in fulfilling the sacred duty of protecting the Fatherland.

Colonel Nguyen Tien Vinh, Commander of the Defense Command of Zone 3 - Van Don Special Zone, said: “The unit commander guided each step, assigned officers to be in charge of each area, and directly went to the grassroots level to assess the situation and resolve difficulties, ensuring that the recruitment process was implemented synchronously, smoothly, and effectively. After three days of urgent, serious, and responsible work, the unit completed the medical examination for 425 young men; 86 young men volunteered to enlist, nearly 100 young men had college or university degrees, and 25 young men were children of cadres and Party members.”
