Particularly in implementing the plan for reorganizing and adjusting the local military agencies when implementing the two-tiered local government; directing the Party Congresses at all levels under the Provincial Military Party Committee and successfully organizing the 17th Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030; and organizing the study and understanding of resolutions, directives, and regulations of Party committees at all levels.

For the political and ideological work tasks in 2026, the Lai Chau Provincial Military Command will continue to thoroughly implement resolutions, directives, and guidelines from Party committees at all levels; focus on leading and directing the comprehensive improvement of political and ideological work, ideological management, and discipline; advise and successfully implement the goals, targets, and breakthroughs identified in the Provincial Military Party Committee's resolution for 2026; and promote propaganda and raise awareness among officers and soldiers, determined to excellently fulfill assigned tasks.
