In 2025, the Party Committee and the Steering Committee of the Political Department of Military Region 9 will lead and direct the agency to effectively perform its function of advising the Party Committee and the Military Region Command on Party and political work; there will be innovation in implementation, achieving and exceeding the targets of the 2025 resolution, with many contents completed excellently.

Notably, the Party Committee and the Military Command of the Military Region successfully led and directed the organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; and effectively carried out Party development work, admitting 416 new Party members, exceeding the plan by 2.21%.

Building a team of cadres with sufficient numbers, appropriate structure, and good quality; ensuring full care and benefits for cadres according to regulations, especially those affected by the restructuring and streamlining of organizational structures; paying nearly 3,350 billion VND in benefits and policies according to Government Decrees 178 and 67. In his directive speech, Lieutenant General Ho Van Thai requested the Party Committee and the Head of the Political Department to focus on leading and directing efforts to thoroughly understand the situation, closely follow resolutions and directives from higher levels, and provide accurate, effective, and timely advice to the Party Committee and the Military Region Command on Party and political work.

Leaders must strictly adhere to and implement documents from all levels regarding combat readiness tasks; and promptly supplement and adjust plans to suit the agency's mission.

Strengthening and building a strong Party organization in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and personnel; continuously improving the quality of cadres and Party members; strictly adhering to the principles of democratic centralism, unity, and cohesion within the Party committee and command; continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics, and style, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
