In 2025, the 377th Division thoroughly implemented directives and resolutions from higher levels, concretized tasks accurately, and deployed them comprehensively and effectively across all aspects of its work; successfully completing all set targets and tasks.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Le Tran Phuong requested that, in the coming period, agencies and units continue to thoroughly understand the orders, directives, resolutions, and plans of their superiors. They should focus on successfully completing combat readiness tasks, managing airspace, promptly and accurately handling situations, avoiding passivity, surprises, and missed opportunities, especially in maritime and island areas; and strictly maintain combat readiness discipline and procedures at all levels.

Effectively monitor and closely manage the internal ideological and political situation; improve the quality of regularization, discipline management, and promote initiatives and technical improvements. Ensure full and timely provision of all logistical, technical, and financial support for regular and unexpected tasks.
