According to the report on the preparations for the congress by the Women's Committee of the Army and the Trade Union Committee of the National Defense, the Women's Committee of the Army, the Trade Union Committee of the National Defense, and relevant agencies and units have actively coordinated and implemented the preparations for the congress seriously and synchronously, meeting the requirements in terms of content, progress, and quality.

For the Women's Committee of the Army, all preparations have been basically completed at this point. In particular, the drafting of the congress documents has been carried out following a rigorous process, undergoing numerous revisions, additions, and improvements based on feedback from relevant agencies.

Furthermore, the congress's operational plan, opening and closing speeches, and presentations from various agencies and units have all been completed according to schedule and with guaranteed quality. Propaganda, decorations, and cultural performances to welcome the congress have been meticulously planned and implemented, meeting all requirements. Logistics and security arrangements for the congress have been thoroughly prepared by the relevant agencies.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested the Army Women's Committee and the National Defense Trade Union Committee to continue to closely coordinate with relevant agencies to review and promptly finalize the added and adjusted contents.

General Le Quang Minh noted that, in order for the Congress of Women Representatives of the Army to be successful and achieve its objectives, the quality of the draft political reports and discussion papers at the congress must be given special attention and emphasis; in addition, the Women's Committee of the Army must proactively coordinate closely with relevant agencies and units to carefully review the content of each task.

The implementation process must adhere to every small detail, clearly defining responsibilities, tasks, timelines, and expected results; regularly checking, monitoring, and reporting any difficulties or obstacles to the Office of the General Political Department for timely guidance and resolution.

For the Defense Trade Union Committee, it is necessary to expedite the process and promptly finalize the content of the draft congress documents, the system of documents for managing the congress, and the congress script.

General Le Quang Minh requested the National Defense Trade Union Committee, the Army Women's Committee, and other relevant agencies and units assigned the task to uphold a high sense of responsibility, strictly implement the tasks outlined in the congress organization plan, and do a good job of preparation to ensure that the congresses are successful, high-quality, and effective.
