In 2025, the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units will continue to correctly identify the position and importance of political education, ideological management, discipline, and unit safety. They will focus on leading and directing the strict and synchronized implementation of the contents, forms, and methods of ideological work, combined with building a regular and disciplined force, linked with promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, and the campaign to promote traditions, contribute talents, and live up to the name of Ho Chi Minh's soldiers in the new era. This is a driving force and an important prerequisite contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee and a comprehensively strong, exemplary, and outstanding school. However, ideological management, discipline, and safety still have some limitations that need to be addressed and thoroughly overcome in the future.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on the situation regarding violations of discipline, law, and safety in the entire army, the General Department, and the School in 2025; and received guidance on the Conclusion Notice of the General Department-level Conference on Lessons Learned and Lessons Learned on Ideological and Disciplinary Management in the School.

They should organize inspections, identify and overcome shortcomings to strictly uphold State laws, military discipline, and ensure absolute unit safety. They should effectively implement decentralization in forecasting, understanding, managing, evaluating, and guiding and resolving troop ideological issues. They should regularly monitor troop activities, organize tightly, assign specific tasks, and thoroughly understand safety regulations. They should implement a systematic system for managing and resolving ideological and disciplinary issues and a reporting system. They should develop models for ideological and disciplinary management, and models for disseminating and educating on the law.
