Major General Phan Van Sy, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Political Department and Deputy Head of the Political Department of Military Region 4, attended, directed, and encouraged the teams.

The tournament featured teams from the General Staff, the Political Department, and the Logistics and Technical Department, competing in three events: men's volleyball; men's and women's table tennis; and men's and women's pickleball.

Major General Phan Van Sy, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Political Department and Deputy Head of the Political Department of Military Region 4, delivered the opening speech for the tournament.

In his opening remarks, Major General Phan Van Sy emphasized: This is a practical and meaningful activity, creating a vibrant atmosphere of competition throughout the Department, contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life, promoting health, and building solidarity and exchange among agencies and units.

The comrade expressed his wish for the athletes to compete with a spirit of fair play and sportsmanship , determined to achieve the highest possible results, while also ensuring safety during the competition.

Major General Phan Van Sy presented commemorative flags to the participating teams.

The tournament, held from December 10th to 12th, became a meaningful sporting event, motivating officers, staff, and soldiers of the Political Department to continue striving, fulfilling their duties and achieving emulation targets to celebrate the major holidays of the Army and the country.
