In 2025, the work of ideological management and disciplinary enforcement at Brigade 683 was consistently led and implemented comprehensively, promptly, and in accordance with mission requirements and the specific needs of each individual in the unit, under the guidance of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Brigade Command.

Party committees and political commissars at all levels have demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, leading and directing the effective implementation of political education, discipline management, and the understanding and assessment of soldiers' thoughts; strictly maintaining the established norms of regularization, daily life, study, and inspection.

This will bring about a significant change in the awareness and actions of officers and soldiers in complying with laws and discipline. It will also improve the monitoring of the unit's situation and ensure close contact with the living and working places of officers and soldiers.

Party committees and commanders at all levels should effectively play their role as role models, directly engaging in dialogue and listening to the thoughts and aspirations of the soldiers; promptly identifying and resolving emerging problems, especially for soldiers with difficult family circumstances, fluctuating morale, and those performing long-term duties far from their units.

In his directive speech, Colonel Dinh Hoang Huyen pointed out several areas for improvement and shortcomings to be addressed in the future; he requested that Party committees and commanders at all levels within the Brigade further strengthen ideological management, law and discipline enforcement, and closely integrate this with the organization of the "Determined to Win" Emulation Movement to build a healthy cultural environment within the unit.

The conference discussed measures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and disciplinary management in agencies and units; and proposed many good models and innovative approaches in ideological and disciplinary management with high practical relevance.
