On behalf of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Colonel Hoang Van Thuyet, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, presented the 30-year Party membership badge to Colonel Le Trong Hoa.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command hopes that Comrade Le Trong Hoa will continue to promote the vanguard and exemplary nature of a Party member, uphold the sense of responsibility, actively contribute his intelligence to the cause of Party building in general, and building the General Staff Party Committee in particular to excellently complete its tasks, making the General Staff Department comprehensively strong, "Exemplary, typical", a typical example for Party members in the entire Party Committee to study and follow.
