Project 6441 is one of 16 priority projects assigned by the Prime Minister to the Ministry of National Defense to develop. Up to now, the Propaganda Department (General Department of Politics) has advised on the development of related documents; coordinated the drafting of general and detailed outlines, surveys, and planned scientific topics.

At the workshop, the Standing Agency presented a summary report on the results of the development and content of the Project. Accordingly, Project 6441 consists of 3 main parts and attached appendices. The content of Project 6441 clarified the necessity of developing, promulgating and implementing; the subjects and scope of research, the theoretical and practical contributions and summarized the key and core issues of the Project.

The opinions expressed at the workshop supplemented and clarified the current situation of education and propaganda work to raise awareness of the Army participating in production labor, combining national defense with socio-economic development; viewpoints, goals, objects, scope, tasks, roadmap for building and organizing the implementation of the Project; analyzed and clarified the political basis, legal basis and practical basis of the Project.

Concluding the workshop, Major General Nguyen Xuan Thuy emphasized: The development of Project 6441 is extremely urgent, aiming to unify and raise awareness among officers, soldiers and people about the Army participating in labor production, combining national defense with socio-economic development in the new situation, in accordance with the Party's guidelines, policies and viewpoints, and the State's policies and laws.

The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Drafting Committee of the Project requested the Standing Agency to directly collect the opinions of the delegates, continue to supplement and complete the draft, to prepare well for the Steering Committee Workshop of Project 6441; continue to complete the Project dossier, to deploy the steps according to the set schedule.
