Comprehensive mobile propaganda to welcome Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of Delegates

On the evening of July 10, 2025, at the center of Muong Ang commune, the Provincial Cultural and Cinema Center organized a comprehensive mobile propaganda program to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Attending the program were comrade Ha Thi Thanh Tam - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, leaders of the People's Committee, specialized departments and offices under the commune and a large number of people of Muong Ang commune.

Speaking at the program, comrade Ha Thi Thanh Tam affirmed the role and significance of the Party Congress propaganda work. She believed that the comprehensive mobile propaganda program of the Cultural and Cinema Center would practically encourage and motivate cadres, party members and people of Muong Ang commune to continue to strive to achieve achievements to welcome the Congress.

Within the framework of the propaganda program, the Cultural and Cinema Center coordinated with the commune's art troupe to perform 12 singing and dancing performances with the theme of praising the glorious Party, praising the homeland and country, promoting the heroic tradition of Dien Bien Phu in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. At the same time, contributing to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of Dien Bien province. The program attracted thousands of people to watch and cheer.
