PROPAGANDA, CONSULTATION, JOB INTRODUCTION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN 2025 ATTRACTED MORE THAN 340 WORKERS TO PARTICIPATE, 43 PEOPLE REGISTERED TO SEEK JOB

Implementing Sub-project 3 under Project 5 of the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas, Cao Bang Provincial Employment Service Center organized a series of conferences on propaganda, consultation, job introduction and vocational training in 2025 in a number of localities in the province.

According to Official Dispatch No. 338/TTDVVL-HCĐT dated October 14, 2025, from October 21 to October 31, 2025, the Center held 05 conferences in the communes: Dam Thuy (November 5, the location of the old Phong Chau Commune People's Committee), Tong Cot (from November 6 to 7) and simultaneously in Phuc Hoa, Quang Uyen (November 15). The conferences attracted the participation of more than 340 workers and 02 large recruiting enterprises: Goertek Vina Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Halasuco Labor Supply Joint Stock Company.

At the conferences, workers were provided with comprehensive information about the labor market, recruitment needs in and outside the province, vocational training opportunities, and support policies and preferential capital sources when participating in labor contracts abroad. Business representatives also introduced current recruitment needs and guided the process and procedures for participating in high-income markets such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc. The center also distributed documents and leaflets to help workers easily access information.

The activities have contributed to helping workers in the communes update market trends in a timely manner, expand employment options, stabilize income and improve their lives. At the end of the conference series, 43 people registered to find jobs, many other workers continued to receive research documents to choose suitable opportunities.
