Central exchange rate of Vietnamese Dong to US Dollar announced by the State Bank:

The State Bank announced the central exchange rate at 23,866 VND/USD.

With the USD/VND exchange rate band of +/-5% as prescribed, the floor rate is 22,672 VND/USD, the ceiling rate is 25,059 VND/USD.

The reference USD exchange rate announced by the State Bank of Vietnam is 23,400 (buy) and 25,009 (sell).

Vietcombank listed buying and selling transactions at 24,050 - 24,420 VND/USD.
