U23 Vietnam reveals 'trick' to fight U23 Indonesia in the final

Coach Kim Sang Sik gave U23 Vietnam a thorough training session on defense, but was also ready to play offensively against U23 Indonesia in the final of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 tournament.

On the evening of July 27, U23 Vietnam returned to the training ground to prepare for the final match of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship, against the host team U23 Indonesia.

During the training session, Coach Kim Sang Sik focused on honing tactical skills, adjusting the team's formation and attack-defense plans, and improving finishing to help the team prepare most thoroughly for the upcoming match.

After spending a whole day resting and recovering with light exercises in the gym, the players quickly regained their physical and mental condition.

All show great focus and determination.

The good news for U23 Vietnam is that those with minor injuries like Ly Duc, Dinh Bac and Quoc Viet returned to normal training and completed the entire training plan set out by the coaching staff.

Striker Dinh Bac declared that U23 Vietnam knows how to overcome the pressure of having to play on the home field of U23 Indonesia.

Coach Kim Sang Sik said he has made careful calculations to choose the optimal lineup, ensuring a balance between experience, form and physical condition.

U23 Vietnam carefully studied the opponent.

The final match of U23 Southeast Asia 2025 between U23 Vietnam vs U23 Indonesia will kick off at 8:00 p.m. on July 29.
