Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to reports on investment progress of industrial clusters in the province.

On September 12, Mr. Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to reports on the investment progress of industrial clusters (ICs) in the province. Attending were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, localities and enterprises.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, the province currently has 3 industrial park projects: Hieu Thien (Thuan Nam); Phuoc Tien (Bac Ai); Quang Son (Ninh Son). Up to now, they are in the process of site clearance and land use conversion. However, the progress of the industrial parks is generally slow.

Comrade Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to urgently and resolutely take action and synchronously implement solutions to speed up the progress of site clearance for projects. Proactively coordinate to implement solutions to remove difficulties in the implementation of projects; coordinate with investors of infrastructure of industrial parks to urgently implement compensation and site clearance for the area that has completed procedures. By the end of the fourth quarter of 2023, site clearance must be completely resolved.
